Property Walk
You send the address; we walk it. Within 48 hours you receive a written scope and a line-item budget. For repeat investor clients we shorten this to 24 hours.
Contract
Fixed-price scope, defined start and finish dates, and defined payment milestones. No allowances unless you specifically want allowance-based pricing.
Mobilization
Materials staged, dumpster on site, crew assigned, and schedule confirmed. We mobilize within five business days of contract execution; faster on portfolio relationships.
Execution
Yodie Narain runs the schedule. Daily updates by text or email; mid-project walk if you want one; final walk and punch list at completion.
Inspection Support
For Section 8 and HUD projects, we are available to walk the unit with the inspector. If a finding is issued, we correct it on the standard quick-turn cadence.
