A and E Construction LLC uses the contact details and project information you submit to respond to your inquiry and prepare a preliminary plan. Providing an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. An optional marketing preference is recorded separately.
Your name, email, phone and project category are submitted to HubSpot, along with the project scope, budget selection, preferences and source of referral. A complete project record is stored on A&E’s hosting account. Optional uploaded photos are stored privately; photos are not publicly listed.
Uploaded photos are used by A&E for project review. Upload only photos you have permission to share, and avoid faces, personal documents and private possessions. This planner does not generate designs from your photos or send them to an image-generation provider.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for spam. Campaign parameters supplied in the link may be saved with your inquiry. Optional measurement uses Google Analytics, Google Ads and the OpenAI Ads pixel only after permission. Advertising measurement can include ad identifiers and a SHA-256 hash of your normalized email for matching; these calls do not send your raw email or photos. You can change measurement preferences within the planner. This is separate from permission to contact you about your project or send marketing emails.
The default installation is configured for 90-day local retention for CRM-synced records and photos, subject to scheduled cleanup. Unsynced inquiries are retained for recovery and require staff review. HubSpot records follow A&E’s CRM retention policy.
